Method 1:
Step 1: Go to the bottom right hand side corner of the computer screen. The Charms bar will appear.Screenshot is given below. Next Select the Search charm.
Step 2: Type the Control panel in the search and press enter. That will take you to the Windows 8 Control Panel.

Method 2:
Step 1: Right click on the bottom left hand side of the computer and select the Control Panel. Screenshot is given below.
When you follow the method 1 or method 2, the Control Panel will appear (Screenshot is given below). You will be able to view, change basic system settings and manage the computer.
