It is not easy to access control classical control panel in the desktop as there is no Start menu. Let us use a basic trick and add a Control panel short cut in your desktop.

How to add Control Panel Shortcut to Desktop?

Method 1

Step 1: Go to Desktop

Step 2: Right click on Desktop and select Personalization

Step 3:  Go to Change Desktop icons

Step 4: Check Control Panel and click Ok.

Method 2

Step 1. Once you reach the desktop folder in Windows explorer.

Step 2. Right click on Control Panel icon and select create shortcut. Shortcut to Control panel will create on your desktop.

How to add Control Panel Shortcut  to Start Screen?

Step 1. Once you reach the desktop folder in Windows explorer. Select Control panel icons by clicking it once.
Step 2. Click on Easy Access on Explorer tool bar.
Step 3. Click  Pin to Start to add the Control Panel shortcut to the Start Screen.
